For ready‑to‑ship parts and tools, we aim to process and dispatch orders within

For custom 3D prints and special orders, the processing time may vary based on the complexity of the part and current workload. In these cases, we will contact you directly to confirm the estimated delivery time and keep you updated throughout the process.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, undamaged parts and products in their original packaging within [14] days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required,
and shipping costs for returns are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Custom 3D printed parts and special orders are generally non‑refundable and non‑returnable, as they are made to your specific requirements. However, if there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we will work with you to repair, reprint, or replace the item whenever possible.
