L-ONE is a compact desktop robotic arm designed for easy installation, smooth motion, and smart automation. Built for robotics projects, learning, and light-duty desktop tasks, it combines modern design with practical performance.

3D Printed Parts:

  • Main base plate with motor/servo mounts and controller space.

  • Arm links and joint covers for shoulder, elbow, and wrist movement.

  • Gripper parts or end-effector mount.

  • Optional: cable clips, top cover, decorative body panels.

Electronics & Hardware:

  • 1× Microcontroller board, such as Arduino Uno, Nano, or ESP32.

  • 1× Motor driver or servo control board, depending on the arm design.

  • 5× Servo motors or stepper motors, based on the number of joints.

  • 1× Power supply or battery pack with on/off switch.

  • Optional: end-effector servo for gripper control.

  • Jump wires, M3 screws, nuts, standoffs, and bearings if needed.

Basic Assembly Steps:

  1. Print the base, arm links, joint covers, and gripper parts in PLA or PETG.

  2. Mount the motors or servos into the 3D printed joints and attach the arm links.

  3. Fix the microcontroller and control board on the base using standoffs.

  4. Connect the motors/servos to the controller and wire the power supply according to the diagram.

  5. Assemble the gripper and make sure all joints move smoothly without binding.

  6. Upload the control code and calibrate the arm positions, limits, and movement speed.
